„We have decided to enter into cooperation with Art of Change and together created a program focused on leadership in Central and Eastern Europe. We appreciated their open sharing of experience and ideas already during the selection process. After our vendor selection, we finetuned the program specifically to our needs together. The program included series of workshops, team coaching, as well as active work with homework reading materials. The Art of Change facilitators managed to motivate participants throughout the program to share their managerial challenges and support each other in resolving them. Facilitators created atmosphere of trust, in which feedback is welcome and considered as a natural way to growth.
