Jana completed her studies in psychology at the Philosophical Faculty of the Charles University in Prague, and she then served in management and top management positions at multinational companies for several years. She learned to coach from true masters – Sir John Whitmore (emotional leadership, inner game), Timothy Gallwey (inner game of work, inner game of stress) and Marilyn Atkinson (the art of science and coaching) from Erickson College in Canada. In the UK, she studied non-violent communication. She also completed studies in team coaching “Signature Presence” with John Leary Joyce and Coaching in Creating Client Value.
She has been professionally devoting herself to coaching since 2007. She has completed more than 1000 hours of coaching, and she coaches in the Czech and English languages.
