He has gathered most of his experience in corporate environment in Learning and Development (L&D) topics and projects. He has designed and led managerial development programs, implemented and facilitated talent development programs or feedback formats and tools. He led the internal trainers and knowledge sharing platform that won the best HR project of the year award in 2021. He is an EMCC accredited coach with over 15 years of experience.
