He enjoys his life’s drive and a clear mind while having a good cup of coffee and travelling through Scandinavia. |  |
Róbert’s professional experience has been shaped by working in diverse fields: corporate, public administration, third sector. As a trained psychologist, he worked in armed forces environment, later leading a structure of more than 70 people from a management position. He managed
several training teams and was the sponsor of several training programs.
Since 2013, he has been working as a trainer and coach for leadership development. He mainly works with shared service centers of multinational corporations on comprehensive training and coaching programs (700 training days).
Having completed ICF (International Coach Federation) certified trainings in business coaching and team coaching, he has expanded his service portfolio to include business coaching of individual clients. These are people who want to actively shape the world around them, be agents of change or be leaders in their field. Among others, these are executives in the fields of finance, automotive, or retail.
Since 2019, it has been applying its skills and experience as part of the Art of Change team.
