Kveta likes to connect people and create an environment for experience sharing. As a coach, trainer, mentor and facilitator she helps others in today’s fast-paced life to find ways, motivation and energy to fulfill their own life priorities.

Kveta has dedicated herself to people development for over 10 years. She focuses primarily on creating and delivering tailor-made developmental programs, workshop facilitation and coaching both in English and Slovak languages. Kveta is former professional basketball player and member of Slovak junior national team. She lived in the USA where she learnt how to balance studying at prestigious university, working and playing competitive sport. She has graduated from Southern Methodist University in Texas with the general management major and in 2002 she earned MBA degree from the University of Hawaii. Upon her return to Europe she worked for multinational company for 15 years, where she held various managerial positions at different departments – leading the administration support team, working as a project manager or organizational development manager. During the merge and creation of new operating business unit Coca-Cola Czech and Slovak Republics she became a part of the senior management team with the responsibility for the implementation of new performance management system. Her last role was Commercial capability development manager where she led the team of ten commercial trainers and process managers. Today Kveta works as an independent trainer and coach.

Kveta devotes her time and energy to voluntary activities as well. She is a part of TEDx Prague organization team where she helps spreading ideas worth spreading worldwide. As a mentor she helps another woman within the Equilibrium program through British Chamber of Commerce.
